Divided into 20 modules containing 65 video classes, the course includes essential theoretical content, lessons on correct sitting and breathing techniques, insightful scientific research on meditation and mindfulness, as well as various guided meditation and silent meditation practices.
For optimal student comprehension, the course is organized so that each class becomes available as soon as the previous one has been viewed. Once you’ve seen a class, you’ll have unlimited access.
Upon course completion, you’ll receive a completion certificate from Kisetsu, Reiki & Meditation School.
